At Pickfords Removals, we aim to work only with agents and partners who follow the same high quality standards. These suppliers are chosen according to strict criteria which include membership/adherence to FIDI/FAIM standards wherever possible, financial stability, strict Health, Safety and environmental principles, high ethical values and the reputation they have built with us over the years. To ensure our quality criteria are constantly maintained, we have Service Level Agreements in place for all suppliers enabling us to work with them as a team. Only once the SLA is signed are suppliers allowed to work with us.
Furthermore, all our suppliers have to complete our Data (Privacy) Protection Management, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Management and Quality Management compliance surveys before starting to work with us. All suppliers are required to update the information on a yearly basis. By doing this it is ensured that we work with suppliers who fulfil our requirements and share our ethical and sustainability beliefs.
This procedure will be subject to review annually and possibly updated. In case of changes/updates in the procedure, it will be communicated to all employees and our supply chain.
